How We Make It

Each embroidered hat is made with care in our small shop. We begin by preparing your hat, stabilizer, and thread colors, then carefully line up the embroidery placement so the design sits clean, centered, and balanced on the hat.

Your design is stitched directly into the hat panel using a multi-needle embroidery machine, allowing us to create a polished, professional finish with texture, dimension, and lasting detail. We use stabilizer to support the panel during stitching, helping the design hold its shape and stitch cleanly.

After embroidery, each piece is trimmed, cleaned, and inspected to make sure the design looks sharp before it is packed for you.

Because every hat is made to order, slight variations in thread color, placement, or texture may occur. Thread colors may also appear slightly different on screen than they do in person. These small variations are part of the handmade process and help make each piece uniquely yours.

Care Instructions

To keep your snapback hat looking its best, spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Gently blot the embroidered design instead of scrubbing it, so the stitching stays crisp and secure.
