Overview
At Triumph by Faith, every order is handled with care, purpose, and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, and we are committed to making things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because many of our products are made-to-order, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our small business. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly make it right. Please review the details below before placing your order.
Refunds
We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unused
- Free from fragrance, smoke, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, stains, or damage
- In its original condition
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
Made-to-Order and Custom Items
Many of our products are made-to-order or created specifically for each customer. Because of this, custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom apparel
- Personalized products
- Special request designs
- Customer-uploaded artwork orders
- Items made specifically for your order
Please double-check all names, spelling, design details, sizes, colors, and quantities before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once we review your request, we will determine the best solution. Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
We are happy to make things right when an error occurs on our end.
Sizing Issues
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. Garment brands, styles, and fits may vary, and we cannot guarantee fit based on your usual size.
Size-based returns may be eligible for exchange or store credit only if the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and approved for return.
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return due to sizing unless the wrong size was sent.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-order items, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, or used items
- Items with stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
- Customer-uploaded artwork orders, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved returns related to size, color preference, or change of mind.
If we made an error or your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Triumph by Faith is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be available for eligible items depending on inventory and approval.
If you need a different size or color, please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know whether an exchange is available for your item.
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Because many of our items are made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted before production begins.
If your order has already entered production, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to process and ship orders within the estimated timeframe listed on our website. However, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, supplier delays, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.
