How We Make It

Each engraved hat is made with care in our small shop. We begin by preparing your hat and leather patch then we carefully line up the embroidery placement so the design sits clean, centered, and balanced on the hat.

Your design is engraved directly into the leather using an 80W desktop CO₂ laser cutter and engraver, allowing us to create a polished, professional finish with texture, dimension, and lasting detail. We use heavy-duty, thermal-activated polymer that establishes permanent bonds for custom hat patches, leatherette, acrylic, and wood to secure your patch to your hat.

After engraving, each patch is cleaned and inspected to make sure the design looks sharp before it is pressed and packed for you.

Because every hat is made to order, slight variations in leather color, placement, or texture may occur. Leather colors may also appear slightly different on screen than they do in person. These small variations are part of the handmade process and help make each piece uniquely yours.

Care Instructions

To keep your snapback hat looking its best, spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild soap. Gently blot the engraved design instead of scrubbing it, so the engraving stays crisp and the patch stays in good condition.

Do not machine wash, bleach, soak, iron, or dry clean. Avoid placing the hat in the dryer, as heat can damage the shape, mesh, snapback closure, and engraving.

After cleaning, reshape the hat by hand and let it air dry completely in a cool, shaded area. Store it in a clean, dry place to help preserve the structure and engraved design.
