How We Make It

First, we make each embroidered shirt with care in our small shop. We begin by preparing your selected shirt, stabilizer, and thread colors. Up next, we carefully line up the embroidery placement so the design sits clean, centered, and balanced on the garment.

Using a multi-needle embroidery machine, we stitch your design directly into the shirt, allowing us to create a polished, professional finish with texture, dimension, and lasting detail. We use stabilizer to support the fabric during stitching, helping the design hold its shape and stitch cleanly.

Next, we trim each piece, cleaned it up, and inspect it to make sure the design looks sharp before we move on to packaging it up for you.

Because every shirt is made to order, slight variations in thread color, placement, or texture may occur. Thread colors may also appear slightly different on screen than they do in person. These small variations are part of the handmade process and help make each piece uniquely yours.

Care Instructions

• Machine wash cold with like colors
• Wash inside out
• Only use non-chlorine bleach when necessary
• Low heat ironing and do not iron directly over the embroidery
• For best longevity of design:
  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach, harsh stain removers, and high heat. Hang to dry or tumble dry low.

Sizing

All the measurements in the above chart are in inches. Measure under the arm and around the fullest part of the chest with arms down, keeping tape horizontal.
